These are handmade dolls figurines are from a lady named Mary in Solvang, CA up in the Mts. of Santa Barbara. They were made in the 70's. For displaying, protecting, and keeping your treasures dust free. It will hold items up to 1" thick.

No need to fasten your items with wire or glue. The soft foam filler will hold them securely in place when the lid is closed, so they will not fall to the bottom of the case when hung on the wall. This also allows you to easily remove the item for closer inspection. These cases are stained and then coated with 2 layers of clear satin polycrylic (hand rubbed between coats) to give them a beautiful protective finish. This style has a light walnut colored stain, with polished brass hardware locking latches and 2 keys. All of my cases are assembled with glued and hardwood dowelled corners and reinforced with the decorative metal corners. I use double strength glass (not plastic). They will arrive ready to hang flat against the wall.

With several 1/4" mounting holes in the back they will hang in any direction with no bulky metal hangers sticking out from the top or sides!!!!

Colored background material included. You can have red, blue, tan, green, or black.

I also sand and stain the inside of these cases so you can remove all, or just part of the foam, and use the case as a 'shadowbox' type display.

The last picture shows the same cases with antique brass hardware and snap catches.

I have been building these cases in various sizes for over 25 years. You can be confident that you are buying a quality product you will be proud to hang on your wall or give as a gift.

This unit has been a staple of the old Arena boot store for many years and is looking for a place to continue serving.

The glass top can be replaced if desired because it has a crack on one end as you can see in the pictures, but not necessarily so.

The wood end of it could use a refinishing to make it into it�s original state.

The interior is lined with red velvet material and has two upper racks that are slightly slanted for better display.

The inside door panels are mirror lined to reflect and give extra light to the items on display.

There is a set of lights underneath the second rack to give the button rack plenty of light.

Dimensions: 45� long x 26� in width x 42� high.

It also has two slide out storage drawers at the bottom.
