I am a Professional Producer/Engineer with an Outboard Mobile Recording Rig with ProTools, all Professional Microphones and required equipment. I have video soundtrack application to provide synchronized sound to video editing and mastering with or without sync. I use a small 2'x2' rack with flat panel display and a small desk with a PC using only about 5'x'5 of real estate to record anywhere professional studio recording may be required but is difficult if not impossible to accomplish. My equipment is fully self contained and if needed a small generator can be rented for even the most remote event. I do Speaking Engagements, Live Music acts and any other Performance or Venue that is difficult to record without bringing in more expensive mobile recording gear. Rates are based on a per job basis and are negotiable. Travel is not a problem but expenses must be provided. Please contact if you have any questions or interested in having your event recorded. Unmixed Master Mix down CD in 24 bit/48Khz format provided of performance. Proper Mix down and Mastering may cost extra when recording music acts or more editing is required. Looking to start a Post-Hardcore (Alesana, Pierce The Viel, Bless The Fall, The Fall of Troy), experimental band. We have a drummer and a singer and are looking for two experienced guitarists (Preferably four years experience or able to perform a ORIGINAL solo, NOTE: None of this is needed if we like you), a bassist (Must have a years experience, NOTE: None of this is needed if we like you), and we are looking for a screamer (Preferably a wide range of pitches and capable of playing any of the above instruments as well as being able to provide backup vocals, again NOTE: None of this is needed).

As for the band itself we arent limiting ourselves to one genre so we are willing to explore other genres (Screamo, Punk, Alternative, Etc...) but nothing that strays too far from Post-Hardcore.

Established Celtic Band looking for another player, preferably guitar, but would consider bouzuki, mandolin, banjo, accordion, concertina, bag pipes, uilleann pipes, or keyboard player. We are a serious, professional band with pro sound and recording equipment. We practice weekly, and generally accept as many as 2-4 paying gigs a month. We are dedicated, serious musicians, but we also like to have fun! Serious, competent musicians only, please. Reading music is a plus, but not required if you have a good ear and are capable of working things out on your own time. I am in a couple of killer bands right now, but we only play a couple of times a month, and I'm used to being in 3 bands at once! Influences, (along with whos songs I've covered), include but not limited to..Aerosmith...Pink Floyd..AC/DC..Skynyrd..Bad Co....SRV...Robert Cray..Jimmie Vaughn..C.C.R....Metallica...Social Distortion...to name a few.

I'm a singer/ songwriter wanting to tour looking for a local act (redding or somewhere else close by) that is in need of either an opener, they have a long set and would like to do some type of songwriter in the round thing or they just want someone else to play with. I'm hoping to book some shows for the first week of November. I'm good with promoting and returning favors to so gig swapping is always a possibility to help you get exposure in other markets as well as the possibility of touring together in the future. Basically if you can help me, I want to make sure I can help you.

My sound is a blend of Rachael Yamagata, Sara Bareilles and KT Tunstall (Pop/blues/folk if you're not familiar with the artists) and I play the guitar and piano but sometimes I like to mix it up and use just hand drums. Check out my stuff and if you think it might work for your date let me know!

SEEKING ARTISTS, PERFORMERS FOR CREATIVE HUMANITARIAN PROJECT

Hi, My name is Boomer (Glenn) and i'm a songwriter / composer, recording artist and performer. I'm new to the Redding area (about 5 months). I have over 170 original songs relating to HUMANITY, SPIRIT, NATURE, COSMOS AND CREATIVITY. I perform solo, duo and also with my band Boomer and Mystic Rock.

I'm seeking others whose creative work and purpose align to the THEMES above and would like to be part of multimedia humanitarian project.

I want to re-up my thrash band Deadworld and I need shredders. I want to play rhythm/riffage and sing. Think thrashy like Evile, Dekapitator, Exodus, Testament, Municipal Waste, and Annihilator, with some progressive death mixed in a la Death or Martyr, with a splash of Gothenburg melody in the vein of Arch Enemy, ATG or old In Flames. And of course the big four's old records will play an important role. No melodic singing though, no Killswitch Engage style choruses or anything even remotely close to radio metal. No chugga chugga kickboxing breakdowns, no girl songs, no deathcore blasts and sweeps garbage, no sideways hair and chick pants, no BS. In short, real metal.

Anyway. As I said I want to resurrect my old band so there's already a handful of songs. We got some interest from established european metal labels, just from a couple songs on our myspace that we did NOT solicit with, only AFTER we broke up and I always wondered what might have been. You can hear a couple of those songs at our myspace: www.myspace.com/deadworldredding. Right now this is still a solo project for me and I'm working on a concept record. We're not a band anymore because our drummer quit a week before recording the ep. I played drums on the record but we couldn't ever find a dude to really put the pieces back together. So one by one the dudes quit, I mean we weren't doing anything, I woulda quit too if it wasn't my songs. They're all still my bros (one literally) and maybe if we can get this going they'll re-join to fill in the blanks. Ideally i want to sing and play rhythm so I'd need a dude who rips way harder than me to shred some intense solos. The "Nuclear Evisceration ep" is still gonna come out. The art is being finished up now (By the same artist who has done HIRAX's "Thrash and Destroy", among other awesome stuff). If you rip harder than me you're more than welcome to roll to the studio and redo the solos.

Ideally I want Deadworld to tour and be a regular fixture of the bay area thrash scene. I'm an experienced band member and I don't want to teach people how to play, so send me links to your old bands. I want to record a zombie-2012-concept full length by the end of next summer. I'm straight edge (which is ironic considering how much party thrash i love, but i'm not preachy so if it doesn't bother you, your casual drinking won't bother me), faithless and fully expect a zombie apocalypse to hit at any moment. If all this is something that sounds awesome to you and you're legit, hit me up.
