Victor Community Support Services - Shasta, a Redding-based organization which provides clinical treatment and case management
for children and youth with special mental health needs, is seeking a highly motivated Clinician to join our team. Under the
supervision of a licensed Clinical Supervisor, Clinicians provide individual, group and family therapy in community-based settings.
Essential requirements
1. Completion of a clinical program with Masters or Ph.D. degree in a field of behavioral science from an accredited educational institution.
2. Hold a clinical license or current intern registration issued by appropriate state agency consistent with standards outlined in the Agency’s Clinical Staff Licensing Requirements policy.
3. Must possess a valid California driver's license, and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy; Motor Vehicle Operating Standards. Must
possess personal automobile insurance consistent with the standard outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy; Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.
Desired Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a clinical position working with children and adolescents.

Outbound Academic Programs (an individual student travels for school for a semester or year) – you are paid $1000.00 per student
Outbound Summer student (on a group led trip) – you are paid $200/student
