Hi, I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. The lease is up February 23rd. No deposits, just move in. 1 bedroom, fully furnished, utilities included (except cable/internet). Huge walk-in closet, queen-size bed (includes all linens). Nice area. Close to stores, gas stations, Bethel, Simpson, Shasta colleges, very convenient location. Move in December 1st.
