We are looking for a team (couple) to live at a mini storage and work to pay the rent. There is about 20 hours of work each week. 8 hours indoors and about 12 hours outdoors. This is enough to earn the rent and utilities every month. Sporadically, there will be extra work paid out by the hour.
The work includes front counter (customer service) and maintenance work around the complex.
The house is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, central heat and air, laundry hookups, small back yard, walk-in closet in master bedroom, all utilities and internet included.
