📋 Rental Requirements
To ensure a safe and well-maintained community, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* All applicants 18 years or older must complete an application
* Credit and background screening required
* Minimum credit score: 600
* Accounts in collections reviewed

* No evictions (unlawful detainers) or history of writing bad checks
* Verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent
* Stable employment or income for at least 6 months
* Minimum 1 year of rental history
* All application information will be verified, including employment and rental history

* Security deposit: Equal to one month’s rent
