This Nearly Antique Barley Twist Legs Side Table with the Painted Black Octagon Edged Top was made in the 1930’s I was told. It is 28” tall, 25” across the top, the 4 Barley Twist legs that were left unpainted are approx. 24” tall, and it is 14” wide across the bottom leg braces.
