I don't need to say a lot about this frame because if you're looking, you already know.
This is a 1999 Specialized FatBoy Hemi Team in a 20" Pro frame. These frames came with 20" wheels, I do have a spare rear wheel that I will include, but it is not original to this bike.
The head tube is a straight 1 1/8" so you have a ton of options for forks.
