This is a Paragon Electric Co. “Elec. Trivet” Model TRV-1, made in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. It features a heavy cast iron frame with ornate floral and scroll designs and originally worked as an electric warming trivet for keeping dishes or teapots hot.
