I have a mentally disturbed, drug addicted neighbor who is hell bent on making my life miserable.
Police do nothing. Landlord does nothing.
I'm a senior with disabilities and don't know how to get help. It has to stop as it is effecting my health; there is no current quality of life. I am trying to avoid taking matters into my own hands, as this will most likely make matters worse for me.
