This is a WiFi Smart IR Controller/Blaster hub compatible with Alexa and Google Home. You set it up to send IR signals to your devices on voice command through Alexa or Google, or through your smartphone. I think we received it as a gift. I know I opened it but I don't think we ever used it as we never really had a need for it. There is a strong magnet on the underside so it can be mounted to something that can hold a magnet.
