Chief is a sweet older gelding estimated early 20’s standing at 14.3-15 hands. I acquired chief a couple years back as an extra trail horse and eventually sold him to a family who unfortunately due to family hardship needed to re home him. I do not currently have the time for a third horse unfortunately, and would like him to go to someone that can give him the time and attention he deserves. I don’t have a whole lot of background on him, but here’s what I do know:
Pros:
•Beginner friendly
•Experienced Kid/lead line friendly
•Hops right in the trailer
•Laid back
•Easy on the trail just point and go
•Let him sit he’ll be the same guy when you pull him out
Cons:
Does not like his feet being messed with. (He does keep them pretty warm down on his own.)
Not a fan of fly spray
