Nice find 🙂 — that’s a butane micro torch / refillable jet lighter (often called a precision torch lighter).
They’re commonly used for:

• Lighting cigars & pipes
• Soldering small electronics or jewelry
• Heat-shrink tubing
• Crafting / resin work
• Kitchen use (crème brûlée, peppers, etc.)

From your photos:
• Refillable valve on the bottom (standard butane can refill)
• Flame adjustment wheel on the side
• Safety LOCK slider
• Trigger ignition
• Screw-on tip extension (the long threaded metal nozzle) — this makes it a detail torch for focused heat

That long tip is actually a nice bonus — many cheaper torches don’t include it.
