If you’re looking at this post you know what it is. Best smoker I have ever used hands down. Well used and well loved. Gauging interest as I am doing much more Santa Maria style grill cooking lately. This not a cheaply made box store sold unit. It’s 600+lbs of solid steel and holds temp like it’s an oven.
