Blue oak table - $450 (State of jefferson)

This table is made out of Blue Oak, also called Mountain oak or Iron oak. It grows in the Central Valley along the rim. Botanical names Quercas Douglasi.
This slab was harvested from a tree killed by the Zogg fire(thank PG&E). I cut this slab, seasoned it, and finished it with my own oil and beeswax mixture. The cracks were stabilized with CA glue.
The legs are hairpin style out of large size rebar, firmly attacked to the slab. The bottom of the legs were dipped in tool handle cover multiple times. The rubberized ends will prevent scratching. The rest of the legs were painted with multiple coats of clear rustoleum.
The table is about 52” long, 16” wide, and just under 20” tall.
450$, I am not looking for lowball offers, I want this piece of art to go to a home that absolutely loves it.
I live in Eureka, I have a wood yard in Alton(3FootTimber), and travel all over the north state for jobs. It’s easy to meet any serious buyer in Eureka, or will deliver to an out of area buyer with a 50% down payment.
