This 5 acre parcel should appraise at around $85,000. The property is jointly owned by my ex-wife and myself. I would like to sell my 50% at this discounted rate. The property is currently listed for $85,000 which would amount to roughly $42,500. value for 1/2 of the total value. There is a $5,000 admin. lien from Tehama County from 2015.
