Seeking small 1 person cabin/studio in quiet setting (Redding)

My name is Lauren. I'm a high functioning autistic adult trying to find a safe place to call home. I would prefer a small stand alone cabin or studio in a peaceful nature or farm setting. Must allow my 2 cats. I'm open to a part time work trade if it's the right fit. I have lots of pet sitting and farm/equine experience. I also am in housekeeping. Lastly, I'm a certified energy healing practitioner. I would love to trade any of these services for a discounted rent. Aside from that, my budget is around $1000 per month.
I don't have great credit, but I'm actively resolving my debts through a consolidation program which has temporarily lowered my credit score. I do have a willing cosigner with excellent credit if needed. I've never missed a rental payment or been evicted. I can provide personal references and I value integrity and honesty.
