This gadget combines three functions:
1. Mincer/Chopper – Pushes garlic through the small grid for finely minced garlic.
2. Slicer – Pushes cloves through the slicing grid for thin garlic slices.
3. Storage/Container – Collects garlic underneath so it’s less messy than a hand press.

The little plastic comb piece shown in the instructions is for cleaning out garlic that gets stuck in the blades.
