Purchased from Amazon in May 2023, this Fanimation Kute 44 White Ceiling Fan with LED light kit was never installed. After receiving it, we found out our house's wiring was too outdated to use this fan. We are asking $165 for the whole assembly, and it was originally purchased for $485.
