Telecommunication Business looking for a reliable and organized individual to fill a Full-time Human Resource position. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be attentive to detail, good time management skills, able to multi-task, can work independently and/or in a group setting, have proficient computer skills and knowledge in Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enhances the Businesses human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Updating, maintaining, and follow up on New Hire packet information
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits; directing the processing of benefit claims; and designing and conducting
educational programs on benefit programs.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Monitor all harassment and safety trainings
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Human Resources Qualifications / Skills:
Knowledge of HR functions – (Pay, benefits, recruitment, training, development)
Outstanding Organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Laws against sexual harassment
5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
