For sale: a rare Vulcain Open Heart Automatic wristwatch, purchased new in Montego Bay in 1972. This vintage Swiss timepiece has been in my collection since new — a true one-owner collectible. Vulcain is best known for their Cricket alarm watches, but this open-heart automatic is a seldom-seen model.

Year: 1972
Movement: Swiss automatic, 22 jewels
Condition
Running, but runs fast and will require adjustment/service
Cosmetically perfect – dial, case, and crystal are excellent
Bracelet: Aftermarket stainless steel Seiko bracelet (original was blue suede, which did not last)
Features: “Open Heart” dial showing the balance wheel – rare for its era
