We are a mid-size facility producing industrial equipment and structural steel elements for the Material Handling Industry. We are currently looking for an entry level (I) or experienced (II).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with metal preparation required for applying direct to metal (DTM) two-part epoxy paint.
• Familiarity with mixing and applying DTM two-part epoxy paint.
• Working knowledge of HVLP paint sprayers in so far as application and clean up.
• Familiarity/Desire to learn how to operate metal working equipment: bandsaws, torches, tape measures, air and electrical hand tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• All tasks must be performed up to quality standards of the company.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Overtime and weekend work required on occasion to complete jobs.
• Possess personal skills to enable person to work well with other members of the team in completing job duties.
Work/Education Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
