• 3–5 years of experience in cabinet making and installation
• Split position: shop fabrication and field installation as needed
• Proficient with shop equipment including edge banders, panel saws, shapers, and table saws
• Skilled in all small and portable woodworking tools
• Able to read and interpret plans, build custom cabinets and parts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of troubleshooting and adapting to irregularities in walls and floors during installation
• Strong attention to finish quality — precise trim, crown molding, and professional fit and finish
• Consistently completes work within budgeted timeframes
• Team player with initiative and strong work ethic.
• Good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
