The job: I make a list, walk you through it, pay for the materials. You are paid for accomplishing the work effectively and efficiently and if you have to run to ACE you're not making a 2 hour run on a 30 minute project. Hours are planned and based on projects and maintenance needs. Perfect for a semi-retired maintenance technician, plumber, irrigation, carpenter, apartment maintenance supervisor, who enjoys staying active and appreciates the extra income.
