This is a great opportunity for someone handy, dependable, and looking for consistent one-off work.
We manage rental properties and short-term rentals, so small maintenance jobs come up often.
Pay is $30-40 per hour, depending on the task and experience.
Work may include minor repairs, furniture assembly, touch-up painting, hauling, fixing doors, changing locks, replacing hardware, basic plumbing fixes, light electrical, yard cleanup, and general property maintenance.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can show up when they say they will. Communication is number one.
Ideal person has their own tools, transportation, and a good attitude.
You do not need to be a licensed contractor for every task, but experience with home repairs is important.
This can be a great side income opportunity for someone who already does handyman work, construction, maintenance, or property repairs.
