This is a Mexican made strat. The original neck was warping, so I swapped it for a Fender Licensed neck with a Pau Farro fretboard and Fender locking tuners. You can have the original neck as well for a refurbishment project. The new neck is new and virtually unplayed. I didn’t add string trees, but could do so easily. The body is showing its age—some might describe it as lightly reliced. The dings, rust, and the small chips show the age of the guitar—looking up the serial number, it is believed to be built in Ensenada in 1998. The tuners are new Fender locking tuners.
