Now Hiring: Administrator for a Level 6 (Five Residents) Adult Residential Facility. (A.R.F.)
Location: Redding, CA
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $30.00/hour
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled, fully credentialed, and experienced A.R.F. Administrator to take full operational ownership of our Level 6 residential care facility in Redding. This is a critical leadership role for an independent professional who understands the unique behavior and medical support needs of a Level 6 environment and possesses the business acumen to run the facility smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations, compliance, and clinical /behavioral standards of a Level 6 facility.
• Documentation & Compliance: Take full ownership of writing, tracking and maintaining Individual Program Plans (IPPs), Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and detailed Quarterlies.
• Staff & Schedule Management: Supervise, mentor and schedule caregiving staff, ensuring the facility meets strict Level 6 staffing ratios and behavioral support guidelines.
• Regional Center & State Liaison: Manage communications and audits with Title 22 licensing and the regional center to ensure impeccable facility standing.
Required Qualifications:
• Must possess a current, valid California A.R.F. Administrator Certification.
• Must have successfully completed Direct Support Professional 1 (DSP 1) and Direct Support Professional 2 (DSP 2) training.
• Proven experience managing or administering a Level 6 facility (or a high behavior/medical A.R.F. setting).
• Deep expertise in creating and managing IPPs, ISPs and quarterly reports.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to run the day-to- business independently.
