This position is with a Christian-based company that manages the beautiful, brand-new Senior Housing community in Redding. Our residents are low-income seniors who have worked hard their entire lives. Every one of them has a unique story, and it has been one of the greatest privileges of my career to help them find safe, comfortable, and affordable housing.
This is much more than property management. It’s about serving people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Position Details:
• Approximately 20 hours per week (part-time)
• Starting pay around $23.50 per hour
• Several paid Holidays every year.
• Potential to grow into a full-time position with excellent benefits and higher pay
• Opportunity to manage a beautiful, multi-million-dollar senior housing community
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, compassionate, and who enjoys working with seniors. No two days are exactly alike, and the relationships you build with residents are incredibly rewarding.
