Its an amazing place to go camping, or hunting, or of course panning for gold.

Its not far from civilization but its really remote. Its off a dirt road and onto a smaller road. Super private and quiet area.
Pull your 4wd vehicle all the way to within 100 feet of the creek and camp. Or 2wd will make it to within 1000 feet.
I'm asking $4300 Cash to buy it. Or $500 down and 10x payments of $410.
The land is and will remain National Forest, but you would own the mineral rights.
You can camp short or long term, but can not live there or build permeant structures. (Only temporary structures can be erected like on wheels or blocks)
Access isn't too bad but some would find it a challenge. The difficulty though is rewarded by not having anyone around. Most vehicles, including RVs can get to the claim without issue, but only certain rigs can drive all around the claim. There is even a 2nd claim upstream that we can combine at a discount to make it a 40 acre spot!
I would consider trade offers; My favorite items to trade are coins, silver, gold, vehicles - both road or recreational.
