I am renting out a room in my home. The rent is $700 a month (due on the 1st). There is no deposit. The room is private but everything else is shared. Here are the details.

I have several indoor cats. You do not have to let my cats in your room but they will be in the rest of the house. So if this bothers you, this is not the place for you.
We are not the quiet type. We stay up late and we sleep late. We drink. We smoke. We party. Not all the time but sometimes. If this bothers you, this is not the place for you.
If you are looking for a quiet place to study, this is not the place for you.
My house is sometimes messy. Not all the time but we have our moments. If you are a clean freak, this is not the place for you.
Currently, my refrigerator has started freezing everything. I had a repair person come to fix it and was told that it cannot be fixed. I will be getting a new refrigerator but I don't have one yet. So if this isn't okay with you, this is not the place for you.
You will have access to our washer and dryer. You cannot do 50 loads of laundry a week. My PG&E bill is already outrageous. One or two loads a week is all I will allow. If this is not okay with you, this is not the place for you.

As I already mentioned, I have several indoor cats and I don't think I can handle any more pets. If you respond to this ad and talk me into letting you have your pet here, the rent will be an additional $100 per month.
