I have a spare bedroom I am looking to fill. Preferably someone who is mature and doesn’t do drugs or drink excessive amounts of alcohol and can respect my home. I have 2 friendly dogs. So no animals. I work full time and am female in my 30’s. You would have access to the laundry room and your own bathroom. I am charging $550 for rent and half of pge and internet. Estimated $700
