Looking for a roommate. $900 a month Includes all utilities and Wi-Fi and basic household products(cleaning,kitchen). This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on 4 acres. There is a laundry room, patio and grill, carport, all the tv apps, and an office available to use. As well as some storage space available. Has a large closet. Freshly painted. You will have your own bathroom right by bedroom. You will be living with my fiance and I as well as my 5 c a t s and 1 old d o g. The d o g is usually outside and the c a t s are usually in their catio, outside or laundry room you rarely see them. Despite 6 pets I keep an immaculate home. My fiance works out of town during the week so it will be primarily just us alot of the time. I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful individual that can contribute to the household. No pets, 420 friendly. Female only. Located in Redding off oasis. $900 a month, asking first and last months rent. Prefer at least 6 month contract but open to month to month for the right tenant.
