Highly desirable and rare bunkhouse model with 2 sets of bunk beds (total of 4) in the back. Great for a large family. Sleeps up to 10 people and has seat belts for 9 people. It is fully self-contained with no slide-outs. It comes with all of the normal expected RV equipment and appliances (Duo-Therm Briskair A/C, Suburban furnace, Dometic refrigerator, Magic Chef oven/range and microwave, Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator) which are all in good working condition. It also comes with the optional tow hitch and a Clarion stereo. Smoke-free and has never been smoked in.
We are the third owners and are selling it because most of our kids are grown now and so we won’t be traveling together as much. Our family has really enjoyed the adventures and memories we have created with this motorhome and are happy that another family will get the chance to experience this as well.
It is built on a 2003 Ford E-450 Super Duty Custom Chassis with 6.8L 10Cyl. gas engine. It has a total of 87,775 original miles on it, but only less than 15,000 miles driven on it since the engine was rebuilt in October of 2022. It is currently registered in CA and registration is paid for and valid until July 2026.
Over $27k has been invested in it in the last 4 years including: new roof and skylights, new front cab, engine rebuild, new alternator, new batteries, new awning, etc. (all professional shop receipts available). New tires were put on in July of 2024. Brakes were serviced last June and they still have a lot of life left on them. Water system was most recently serviced and a new pump, filter housing and filter were all installed. It runs great and is ready to take right away on your next road trip, whether it is just local or across the country.
