Emergency housing needed (Redding, etc)

Mother and daughter looking for emergency housing..56 and 31...some disabilities..I am my daughter's caretaker..we have good credit .700...no smoking drugs or drinking..steady income...this town is hard to find rentals if you do not have 3 times the amount of rent which we usually don't. BUT...my bills are always paid with rent first..I was raised right with these rules lol. We are looking for something reasonable..even a large RV or fifth wheel..travel trailer..etc...or to buy one to put in a park..anything .we cannot live on the streets..my daughter is sensitive to elements..especially heat. If someone could even point us in the right direction...thank you in advance..
