Exactly as the title says, I'm looking to immediately or in the near future find a place as a roommate somewhere where someone has an empty room available. But in the meantime, due to my situation, I am just looking for somewhere where I can rent a room for fairly cheap as im just looking for somewhere that I'll just need part time while I'll still live in my current town the other half or most of the time. Like im looking for a situation where i have a place to stay at on maybe like the weekends, fri-sun while im in that town working on those days and then go back to my other place the rest of the week. I wanna try to have some situation in place by August hopefully, but there's no immediate rush. So mostly just a place for me to sleep. (Then the credit union down there will actually let me join finally lol!) Couldn't set up an account with them since I don't have an address to use yet.
Redding is the main town/area im looking for right now but long- term, im looking to settle down anywhere in northern cali north of Sacramento. I currently live nearby in Siskiyou County. I would possibly be interested in a more permanent/long-term roommate situation down the line once im able to officially move out of my current town which would be in the next year or so.
