Hoping to find a local senior Couple or Lady willing to accept Household cleaning and maintenance as partial rent. I am not currently homeless but need to give my roommates more space and privacy. I'm not looking for a property caretaker position, but am willing to be at your service and do more than my share around your place.
I am respectful, quiet, clean, don't drink or smoke and will never have any unannounced guests.
