Metal lathe Gun smithing + tooling - $6000 (Cottonwood)

This is a Lance metal cutting lathe. 11" swing and 60" between centers. It has a gap bed, a removable section of the bed under the chuck that will give you an 11" swing. The over all length is 8 feet. It will cut any metric or US thread you want. It has power feeds for the carriage and tool post to move in and out. It has build into the carriage a procession travel dial indicator which is at-least a $500 upgrade if you were to buy a new lathe. Other upgrades it comes with are the 5c collet drawbar $1000 and the taper attachment $1500. Some company's charge 3k just for a taper attachment which is why you don't see them on every lathe out there. It has a steady rest and a carriage tool follower.

This is a very accurate machine which makes it good for gun smithing or anything that requires precision work. I've had it for 12 years but only used it a few times. I have way more into this machine and tooling then what I'm selling it for.

It comes with:
10" 4 jaw chuck.
A procession Bison 8" 3 jaw self centering chuck.
Full set of 5c collets.
A quick change tool post.
A drill chuck for the tail stock.
4 live centers.

9 boxes of carbide inserts.
2 measuring calipers.
2 Dial indicators with magnet bases.
7 boring bars. 3 of them new, never used.
A set of large drill bits 9/16 - 1".
A set of center drills.
Metric drill bit set.
A new set of numbered and lettered drills.
A radius cutter.
Plus just about every size cutting / turning tool you could think of.
