I have no way to charge them or test them.
They were found in a a bunch of other lithium-ion stuff that I use for building batteries. There's a very weird DeWalt Lithium-ion post battery in there, and a Craftsman 20v lithium has full voltage, there is a Skil Lithium ion Battery in there.....and, and, and....

I sell off the ones that test good and are "popular" for much more than a dollar each, but these are the "fire sale batteries". Just make sure to specify which one you want.
