I have a old log splitter that was built by my father it has been sitting for about five or six years I replaced the two stage pump repacked ram before that and used it one season before I moved into a place without a wood stove so it just got put in the corner of the storage and forgotten it has a 8 hp. Briggs & Stratton on it that the intake (connection between carburetor and engine has gotten broken it either got bumped or a box sat on it and broken off so it dose need a new or this one welded (it’s aluminum) piece that connects the carburetor to the engine all parts are still there was running before storing good strong splitter sits low to ground making it easier to get large logs on and off. I will post pics as soon as I can get over to storage and take some in the next few days.
