Essential Duties:
• Accurately perform plan take-offs and prepare and submit bid documentation
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage change orders and Request for Information (RFI)
• Monitor projects through completion
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in take-offs and estimating software
• Knowledge of pre-construction processes, including submittals and scope development
• Strong understanding of structural design and building construction
• Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management
• Experience in commercial construction projects
