After posting this about a week ago regarding a guy in Redding that builds dump trailers. I got several replies from people with the same experience and even much worse. Please reach out also because I am in touch with law enforcement and it is very important to gather details so we can put a stop to this. Name of trailer is Probuilt. The guys name is Joe and he took $1900 down to get started on building me a trailer. It was supposed to take a few weeks to build and after a few excuses and several months later I told him I needed my money back. He said he was sorry but a lot of things came up and He agreed to paying me back in about a week. Then more excuses and he said he has intentions of paying me back, its been 7 months and I have not received even one dollar. Maybe after 5 times of excuses he kept giving stories. Either his is a con or has serious problems and am in the process of stopping him from doing this to anyone else. If anyone else has has this type of problem with Joe please email me. Thanks
