Let's be entirely honest upfront: this trailer has been sitting in the exact same spot since way before my parents bought the place in 2000. It's an absolute relic. The "tires" are essentially archaeological artifacts at this point, and the wheels are thoroughly rusted. It will absolutely NOT roll out of here on its own. You are going to need a flatbed, a winch, a lot of determination, and probably a few friends who owe you a massive favor. Back in the day, the original owners used it as a guest spot. My dad used it mostly for storage. It’s got history, it’s got rust, and it has a whole lot of "potential" if you're the creative type. If you want a blank slate for a tiny house build, a heavy-duty storage shell, or a serious fixer-upper project, come and get it. The Rules: Bring a Flatbed: Do not show up with a regular hitch expecting a casual drive home. It won't happen. DIY Hauling: You bring the gear, you load it, it’s yours. You will need a winch, a trailer, and muscle. Paperwork: Sold with a Bill of Sale only. There is NO TITLE. No Technical Questions: I don't know the dimensions, make, model, or the exact year it was built. It’s just "old" and needs to go ASAP! P.S. Yes, there are interior photos, but rest assured I did NOT step foot into the scary place to take them. The sun reflecting off my cell phone screen in there almost gave me a heart attack. View the inside at your own psychological risk! ;o)
